Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice or missed, it can be difficult to offer that time to another client.

Cancellations and rescheduling

I require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a late cancellation fee of $110 (50% of the standard consultation fee).

Missed appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted me beforehand, the appointment will be considered a non-attendance and a fee of $220 (the full consultation fee) will apply.

Payment of cancellation fees

Cancellation and non-attendance fees are not eligible for a Medicare rebate and must be paid directly by the client.

Cancellation fees may be charged to the payment method held on file, where applicable, or arranged directly with the Practice.

Any outstanding cancellation or non-attendance fees must be paid in full before my next scheduled appointment can proceed.

Exceptional circumstances

Cancellation fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis where there are exceptional circumstances. This is at the discretion of the Practice.
