A Space for Meaningful Change

Psychological Services

I provide individual psychological therapy for adults, couples, and young people from 15+ experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, stress, low mood, life changes, relationship difficulties, grief, disordered eating, and challenges associated with parenting and motherhood.

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in evidence-based psychological practice. I work with you to understand what you are experiencing, identify the factors that may be contributing to your difficulties, and develop practical strategies that are meaningful to your life and goals.

I offer a calm, private and comfortable space from my home-based practice, where you can take the time to talk openly and work through what is happening at your own pace.

Therapy is tailored to each individual, drawing on approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based psychological strategies where appropriate.

I'm a registered psychologist providing individual psychological therapy and couples counselling from my private, home-based practice in Warner QLD.

I’ve created a warm, comfortable and welcoming space where you can feel at ease from the moment you arrive. My home-based practice offers a more relaxed and personal environment, while maintaining the professionalism, privacy and boundaries you would expect from psychological care.

My motivation for becoming a psychologist comes from a genuine interest in people and the experiences that shape who we are. I’ve always been drawn to understanding the connection between our thoughts, emotions, relationships and behaviours, and I find it meaningful to help people better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges.

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable, understood and able to be yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgemental, with a focus on understanding the individual person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I work with adults and young people aged 15+ experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, low mood, life changes, relationship difficulties, grief, disordered eating, and challenges associated with parenting and motherhood.

I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring therapy to your individual needs, circumstances and goals.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Griffith University, a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology from Charles Sturt University, and a Master of Psychology (Counselling) from The University of Queensland. I have experience working across a range of psychological and mental health settings, including non-government organisations such as headspace, private practice, and occupational health and wellbeing.
